Cancellations To better serve our clients, we require more than 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments OR please send a friend or relative in your place.  Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of the session, or  if you have a gift certificate, it will be used as payment. If we have enough notice, we may be able to fill your time slot with another client. We will confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance by email, if you have provided one.

Scheduling Appointments You will be asked to secure all appointments with a Gift Certificate number and/or a valid credit card. Credit card numbers are encrypted when entered for your security.  As a courtesy, we make every effort to make a REMINDER call 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that we may take care of you or the full time that you have reserved. Session includes time to discuss your health history so we can responsibly maximize your massage experience. If you arrive late, that time will be subtracted from your session, but you will be charged in full. NO SHOW appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. A Gift Certificate no-show appointment will result in the Gift Certificate being redeemed. Booking an appointment is acknowledgment of these terms. We appreciate your consideration in honoring our Cancellation Policy. Quiet Enjoyment: We ask our guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers should be turned off. Privacy and Security: North Haven Therapeutic Massage & Spa Care (NHTM) values your right to privacy. We use information which we have received from our customers only to help provide them with better service.
