Swedhana Ayurvedic Detoxifying Steam Treatment
$125 1 ½ hour session (see photo above)
Swedhana is a detoxifying treatment which induces a sweat to liquefy, loosen & remove impurities from your body through the pores of your skin.

Benefits: Helps reduce pain in your body, eliminates toxins, promotes lightness, reduces stiffness, and nourishes your skin.

First, your skin is gently exfoliated and purifying ayurvedic essential oils are applied to your lymphatic points. Next, you receive tailored massage techniques to loosen your muscles and increase lymphatic flow.

A specially designed non-bacterial steam canopy is placed over the massage table covering your body, except for your head. You then steam in savasana stillness) for 15-20 minutes while Frederique applies cool compresses to your head and neck to keep comfortable. This warm ayurvedic steam therapy opens your pores, flushes and cleanses your system through your skin. It helps relieve stiffness, coldness and heaviness in your body. As a result of perspiring, the Agni (fire) within the body is increased and fatty tissue and toxins are mobilized and eliminated. After the steaming portion, excess oil and perspiration are removed with cool, damp cloths.

Frederique offers this 1 1/2 hour treatment session on Mon.-Sat.

NOTE: This therapy is NOT recommended for clients who are pregnant, have recently had a flu, delivered a baby less than 3 months ago, certain heart conditions, pacemakers, LOW blood pressure, jaundice, obesity, or acute dermatitis.

Try this session for healthy-looking and feeling skin on your back. Session includes cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, pore extraction, massage, mask & moisturizing. Especially wonderful in preparation for bare-back events such as weddings, proms, holidays & summertime. A gentle body exfoliation, re-mineralization & skin smoothing treatment using a blend of aromatic sea salts, mineral salts & essential oils. Your skin feels smooth, healthy and radiant. Micro-Buff Body Polish $65
The Micro-Buff Body Polish is a unique creme based exfoliation treatment also containing micronized buffing beads, natural Luffa & Apricot Powder to gently refine & smooth your skin. An infusion of wheat, apricot & alpha-hydroxy lactic acids accelerates cell renewal to unveil petal soft skin. This service is provided by Danielle M, Linda, Danielle P.

ROSE Mud Wrap $80
Relax in a steady warmth, while you skin detoxifies & absorbs benefits from this European Rose Body Mud Wrap. It is a deeply hydrating creme-based mud, containing natural sun-dried rose clay extracted from the Provence region of France.

Alpha-hydroxy lactic acid, Apricot & Wheat Amino acids, Beta Glucan & Rosa Centifola are infused into the mud to accelerate cell renewal & moisturizing. Service provided by Danielle M, Linda & Danielle P.

BLACK BALTIC BODY Mud Wrap $80
The Black Baltic Body Mud Wrap promotes detoxification, extracts pore clogging impurities and improves skin texture.
